We’re off to the beach to explore some Amazing Algae!

BiOrbic and the National Aquarium are taking two school groups down to the coast to explore all the amazing facts about seaweed. Including:

• What is seaweed? What are all the various types?
• How do we use seaweed? What products can we find it in?
• What are the benefits of seaweed to the planet and our health?
• How do we protect our oceans and keep them clean?

A primary school group will join us in the morning and a secondary school group in the afternoon. Though this is an in-person event, we’ll be posting on social media and a school resource will be uploaded to the BiOrbic website afterwards so keep your eyes peeled!
