BBioNets and CAP Network Ireland: How to boost Irish bio-based EIP-AGRI OGs

October 14 @ 10:30 am - 3:00 pm
About the Event
This year’s theme, “Inspiring local communities for a sustainable, competitive Ireland”, has inspired us to address a key gap: the low number of bio-based projects submitted to the EIP-AGRI Operational Group (OG) funding call in Ireland.
The event will work to answer the questions (1) How to boost Irish bio-based EIP-AGRI OGs and (2) Are bio-based EIP-AGRI operational groups viable for the future of the Irish circular bioeconomy?
The programme will feature:
  • Talks by Irish and international speakers, including success stories, sectoral perspectives, and policy insights.
  • A workshop session to identify barriers, share knowledge, and start shaping an action plan to enhance bio-based EIP-AGRI OGs in Ireland.

📍 Location: Culleton Room, Visitors Centre, Teagasc, Johnstown Castle, Co. Wexford

🕥 Time: Arrival from 10:30 | Event 11:00–13:30 |

Lunch & site visit will be included 13:30–15:00
