Academics and students are invited to join us at 1pm on Thursday 19 October 2023, during Ireland’s Bioeconomy Week to:
- Learn more about what a bio-based product or service is
- Find out more about what the 2023/24 BISC-E will entail and the timelines involved
- Meet and listen to the experiences last year’s BISC-E Irish winners
- To ask questions and in a dedicated Q&A session

The Bio-based Innovation Student Challenge – Europe (BISC-E) invites students from all disciplines to design solutions that contribute to a sustainable and circular economy. These innovative products or services can tackle technological, environmental or societal challenges, as long as they are bio-based (wholly or partly derived from renewable biological sources.)
