The Rediscovery Centre, National Centre for the Circular Economy, is hosting a workshop on food waste prevention and surplus food use in social enterprise and commercial cafés. The workshop is organised as part of an EPA Green Enterprise Food Rescue and Research Café project. The Rediscovery Centre Boiler House Café is tracking the amounts and types of surplus food used in our café and the workshop will help to inform guidelines on how cafés can successfully incorporate surplus food into their menus.

The Rediscovery Centre will provide refreshments and lunch at the event.
