Bringing the Bioeconomy Home: Learnings from experts on how food waste from your home and garden waste can be transformed to contribute to a valuable local circular economy and the fight against climate change.

In conjunction with Bioeconomy Ireland Week 2021, BiOrbic Bioeconomy Research Centre presents this session where we explore the key learnings from research experts in the Irish Nutrient Sustainability Platform on developing valuable products from domestic food and garden waste. The event aims to investigate describe how this process can boost the bioeconomy, the local economy, and the circular economy.
