A series of videos debunking myths relating to plant-based protein will be launched. There will be 5 videos addressing different stages of the value chain. Launch will consist of a press release and social media activity, with links to the videos.This involves a collaboration between Protein-I, U-Protein and ValPro Path. The aim of the exercise is to highlight the need to develop all stages of the chain when considering new crops and feedstocks, and that myths and misconceptions can be addressed.
